  • Free over the counter withdraws per month for first 3 withdraws per month, after which 5,000/= charged for transactions below UGX2,000,000
  • ATM withdraws: 800
  • Salary processing: UGX2,500
  • Withdraw below 3m is UGX: 3,000
  • Withdraw above 3m is UGX 3,000

Requirements

  • A valid form of ID (National ID)
  • Employee ID (low KYC account opened in the absence of international passport/driver’s license/National ID/voter card)
  • Letter of Introduction from employer
  • A passport photograph
  • Utility bill (not necessary if applicant’s company has a UBA account)
